Merchandise fulfillment
Physical merchandise may be produced and shipped by print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Production begins after an eligible order is accepted, so production time is separate from transit time.
Production and delivery estimates
Estimated production and shipping windows will be shown when ordering becomes active. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may vary by item, destination, carrier, or demand.
Tracking and address accuracy
Tracking will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after production starts.
Lost or damaged orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive, contact us with the order number and clear supporting photographs where applicable. We will review the issue with the fulfillment provider and explain the available remedy.
Returns and exchanges
Because many items are produced to order, returns or exchanges for preference, fit, or an incorrect customer-selected size may not be available. Any item-specific return terms will be shown before checkout. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Defective and final-sale items
Verified defective or incorrectly fulfilled items will be reviewed for replacement or another appropriate remedy. Clearly marked final-sale or personalized items may not be returnable except where required by law.
Digital products
Digital products are not shipped. Digital purchases and downloads are generally non-returnable once accessed, except where required by law or where the delivered file is defective.
